Toyota and Honda should be very worried because at this rate of development, the next-gen Sonata is going to be a bona fide Camry and Accord killer." - Angus Mackenzie of MotorTrend on the Hyundai Sonata, literally every single year.

The new one is a complete step back from the old one. Also, it looks way too similar to the Legacy.

I convinced my grandmother to get a new Sonata Turbo back in 2011, and at the time, I thought it looked incredible. I can admit that the design did not age the best, but I would have expected the new design to be a step forward rather than 3 steps backward.
